Otters appoint Peppe Dato as senior team coach
Otters ASC have appointed Peppe Dato as their senior water polo team coach, bringing an experienced figure from the Italian game to the Gozo club.
Dato spent many years in charge of Nuoto Catania, coaching at both Serie A1 and Serie A2 level. His career has included working with established players and developing younger talent.

Announcing his appointment, Otters highlighted Dato’s emphasis on hard work and determination, along with his experience in building competitive teams.
The club said his knowledge would bring a fresh perspective to the senior squad and expressed enthusiasm for the next chapter under his leadership.
