Real Madrid make blockbuster €100 million offer for Yan Diomande

Real Madrid submit €100 million bid for RB Leipzig star Yan Diomande
Real Madrid have reportedly intensified their pursuit of RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande, with fresh reports claiming the Spanish giants have submitted a €100 million bid for one of Europe’s most highly rated young talents.
The 19-year-old has attracted significant interest from several of the continent’s biggest clubs in recent months. Paris Saint-Germain, Liverpool, and Arsenal are all believed to be monitoring the highly regarded winger ahead of a potential move.
According to The Athletic, Real Madrid have now entered the race for Diomande and are in discussions with RB Leipzig over a possible transfer. Meanwhile, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that Los Blancos have already tabled an offer worth €100 million for the teenager.
Despite Real Madrid’s interest, Diomande is understood to favour a move to Paris Saint-Germain. However, the French champions are reportedly unwilling to meet RB Leipzig’s €130 million valuation, potentially opening the door for Madrid to strengthen their position in negotiations.
RB Leipzig remain determined to keep hold of the Ivory Coast youngster and are hopeful of agreeing a new long-term contract. Diomande’s current deal runs until the summer of 2030, giving the Bundesliga club a strong negotiating position.
Speaking about the player’s future, RB Leipzig managing director for sport Marcel Schäfer reaffirmed the club’s stance.
“Our clear intention is that Yan Diomande will play for RB Leipzig next year.”
With several European heavyweights continuing to monitor the situation, Diomande’s future is expected to remain one of the biggest transfer stories of the summer window.
