Sliema Wanderers sign Ghanaian right-back Robin Polley
Sliema Wanderers have strengthened their squad with the signing of Ghanaian defender Robin Polley.
Polley joins the Blues as a right-back, bringing with him experience from spells in both the Netherlands and Finland.
The defender has also been involved in Ghana’s youth national team set-up, adding international experience to Sliema’s ranks.
Polley has already made his debut for Sliema, featuring in the club’s latest match and making an immediate impression with his performance.
His arrival provides coach Branko Nišević with another option in defence as Sliema continue their 2026-27 Malta Premier League campaign.
The Blues will hope Polley’s experience in European football can prove an important asset as they look to build momentum during the early stages of the season.
