Manchester United Reportedly Ready to Give Carrick Time to Revive Their Season

Manchester United are reportedly prepared to give head coach Michael Carrick more time to revive the club’s struggling season, despite an eight-game winless run.
According to several media reports, the Red Devils’ hierarchy wants to give Carrick an opportunity to improve results, even after the team endured its worst-ever start to a Premier League campaign.
United have managed just one league victory so far and are sitting only one point above the relegation zone. Many had expected Carrick to face dismissal following a disappointing week in which the team suffered heavy defeats against Como, losing 4-1, and Bournemouth, who secured a 3-0 victory.
Concerns have also emerged over the atmosphere within the dressing room. Defender Lisandro Martinez has publicly criticised members of the club’s board, while captain Bruno Fernandes has raised questions about the team’s tactical approach.
Despite the mounting pressure, reports suggest that United’s leadership remains willing to give Carrick an opportunity to turn the team’s fortunes around.
Bruno Fernandes was left out of Manchester United’s starting line-up for their clash against Bournemouth and remained on the bench throughout the match without making an appearance.
Following the defeat to the Cherries, United supporters made their frustration clear. Fans chanted head coach Michael Carrick’s name as he walked off the pitch, before the atmosphere quickly changed to loud boos as the players left the field.
Manchester United are scheduled to face Chelsea on Saturday, October 31, in their next Premier League fixture. Reports suggest that Carrick is expected to remain in charge for the crucial encounter as he looks to guide the team out of their current difficult spell.
