Chris Peplow produced an impressive performance in the CE Installations Snooker Premier League, defeating Ivan Attard 4-1 while registering two breaks of over 50.

Peplow was in excellent form throughout the encounter, compiling breaks of 88 and 53 to secure a convincing victory.

His 88 break was the standout achievement in the latest round of local snooker league matches, which also featured action in the Second Division, Third Division and Masters category.

In the Second Division, Andrei Cini continued his campaign with a solid 3-1 victory over Joe Debono.

Meanwhile, Ian Kamilleri enjoyed a comfortable outing in the Third Division, recording a 3-0 win over Craig Casha without conceding a frame.

There were also two victories in the Masters category, where Joseph O’Brien defeated Brian Caruana 3-1, while Philip Ciantar registered an identical scoreline against David Zammit.

The latest results highlighted another competitive round of domestic snooker action, with Peplow’s two half-century breaks providing the principal individual highlight.
