Malta continued their impressive showing at the World Aquatics Water Polo 4×4 tournament in Dubrovnik with a commanding 3-0 victory over Saudi Arabia.

The Maltese side were in control from the outset and comfortably won all three sets, conceding just three goals throughout the encounter.

Malta made their intentions clear in the opening set, producing an emphatic attacking display to race to a 9-2 victory.

The second set proved even more one-sided as Malta tightened their grip on the contest. A solid defensive performance kept Saudi Arabia scoreless while the Maltese attack struck five times for a 5-0 win.

With victory already within touching distance, Malta maintained their dominance in the third set and completed the job with another convincing 7-1 success.

The 9-2, 5-0 and 7-1 set victories gave Malta a comprehensive 3-0 overall triumph and underlined their superiority throughout the match.
