Malta U19 National Futsal Squad announced for Futsal Week Tournament in Croatia
The Malta Under-19 National Futsal Squad for next week’s Futsal Week Tournament has been officially announced following the final training session held on Sunday morning.
Head Coach David Bobokhidze has selected a 16-player squad that will travel to Poreč, Croatia to participate in the prestigious international tournament.
Malta will begin its campaign on Tuesday when they face Japan in their opening fixture.
The squad is scheduled to return to Malta on Monday, 29th June, after completing the tournament programme.
Participation in the Futsal Week Tournament will provide invaluable international experience for Malta’s young players and is expected to contribute significantly to the continued development and growth of futsal in Malta in the years ahead.
The Malta Football Association wishes the squad and coaching staff the very best of luck throughout the competition.
