Their recent form has been outstanding, suffering just two defeats since March 2025 while collecting nine wins and four draws. Although those losses came against elite European opposition in France and Croatia, Colombia have proven they can compete with the continent’s best, remaining unbeaten after 90 minutes in their last three World Cup meetings with European nations (W2, D1).

Portugal arrive full of confidence after a commanding 5-0 victory over Uzbekistan, a match that saw Cristiano Ronaldo become the first player in football history to score at six FIFA World Cups. The emphatic win moved Roberto Martínez’s men onto four points, leaving them within touching distance of Group K’s summit.

The 2024/25 UEFA Nations League champions have been one of Europe’s most consistent sides, winning 11 of their last 15 matches while losing just once during that period.
