The final round of Group K action brings a high-stakes encounter in Atlanta as the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uzbekistan battle for a slim chance of reaching the knockout stages of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. While victory is essential for both sides, DR Congo enter the contest in a far stronger position.

The Leopards made an impressive start to their campaign by earning a 1-1 draw against tournament favourites Portugal, but they were unable to build on that momentum after suffering a narrow 1-0 defeat to Colombia.
